Overview

This newly built, unique aparthotel and spa is set just 100 metres from the beach and 3 km from the historic centre of Rota, surrounded by pretty gardens and an outdoor swimming pool.

La Espadaña is made up of houses built in 4 different charming styles: rustic, maritime, colourful and earthy. Each one is surrounded by lush gardens and has access to the complex’s outdoor swimming pool, allowing you to relax in the Andalusian sunshine.

Inside, you can unwind with a session in the spa. Here you can spend some time in the sauna, after which you can cool off in the aromatic, experience showers and 2 jacuzzis.

Hotel information

The hotel has many facilities within its carefully landscaped complex.
There is a Spa with Jacuzzis, sauna, Scottish shower, oil and aromatic essence shower.
There is also an outdoor swimming pool nestled amongst the gardens green lawns and plants.
Room information

The Hotel offers 40 spacious well designed apartments. There are four different designs; Rustic, Nautical, Rainbow and Earth, which succeeded at being quite charming and create a relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
Area information

The hotel is next to green open spaces with native flowers and pine forest. There is also a nudist beach just opposite. Sport facilities close by have tennis courts, football pitch and indoor swimming pool.
The Costa de Luz area has many cultural and social events that you can join in with.

Local area:
Sports: Paddle and tennis courts at 50 yards.
Sports public centre: basketball grounds and indoors-heated swimming pool at 150 yards. Horse-riding also at 150 yards.
Costa Ballena 18 holes Golf course, designed by Olazabal, at only 3 miles.
Rota Pleasure Marina: windsurfing, sailing and other water sports only 2 miles away.
Leisure: Local festivities like Carnival, Flamenco Festival, Holy Week…

At the beginning of May, the town of Rota holds its Spring Festival, which takes place in the venue next to the Apartahotel La Espadaña . During this time, the Apartahotel La Españada cannot guarantee guests the tranquility it would usually hope to offer.
